Program leaders Rob Vincs [VCA] and Rob Burke [Monash] will present the universities finest ensembles in a showcase event along with other youth ensemble performances throughout the day. The Monash University Australian Jazz Ensemble was conceived to help students contextualize Australian jazz and highlight its relevance within the global jazz idiom.

The ensemble aims to showcase talented women in music encouraging diversity and equal representation on Melbourne stages.
